Career Bridge is a non-profit offering customized career pathway programs to young professionals, preparing them to succeed in the workforce.
INTENSIVE
Full immersion experience in a trade under a mentor to acquire basic hard skills necessary. Additional soft skill success coaching can be provided as an add-on.
PREPARE
Soft skill training focused on getting a job, including resume building, interview practice, etc.
EXCEL
Soft skill training focused on excelling in the workplace, including leadership techniques, technology training, personal organization, etc.
DISCOVERY
Customized success coaching helps young professionals understand ideal career paths through aptitude tests, personality assessments, private coaching, etc.
